Deacon Lloyd is always interested in experienced sales and business development professionals. If we do not have an immediate need for someone with your skills and experience, there is a good chance we will in the future.

Most of our sales professionals have at least five to seven years of experience in their fields – many have over twenty years. All have demonstrated success in business-to-business sales or business development. All bring a seasoned perspective that can help our clients avoid and overcome prospective sales pitfalls.

We can be a great fit for experienced professionals who desire to work on a part-time basis. Some of our associates have family objectives or other commitments that limit their availability. If they meet our criteria for experience, success, and character, then Deacon Lloyd will work to accommodate a mutually beneficial arrangement.

We also believe that good talent commands good pay. Unlike other sales organizations, we do not pay on straight commission. All of our sales personnel are paid a base salary plus commission, which varies depending on the type of sale and industry.
